There is a $35 charge applied to delivery functions (drop off) or an appropriate delivery charge based on the location. If you want to have product cooked on site a $250 fee is charged, minimum of 40 people required to cook on site. One attendant is needed for every 50 guests with a buffet style function. One service attendant is needed for every 20 to 30 people for a sit down style function. Functions that start late and run past the two hour event time frame an additional charge of $25 per hour per server applies.
