You can have peace of mind when choosing Simply Seafood to cater your large family event. From start to finish, we were impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the staff as well as the preparation and presentation of the all of the food for our son’s wedding reception. Everything served was outstanding, but the crab cakes and beef tenderloin were the highlight of the show! Stephen and his team provide everything that is needed and have thought of every detail. Simply Seafood Catering exceeded out expectations for our daughter's rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. Stephen and his team went over and above to ensure everything was perfect. The food was absolutely fantastic, and they were incredibly accommodating with allergy-friendly options. Their attention to detail was evident, even preparing a special gluten-free cake when they discovered some of the guests had celiac. The staff was not only professional but also warm and friendly making everyone feel welcome. I highly recommend Simple Seafood and will definitely use them again!

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Simply Seafood. From the first call to inquire about catering our daughter’s wedding, we knew Stephen was our guy. He was so helpful, and professional throughout the entire planning process and his team did a superb job at the wedding reception. The food was fantastic (best crab cakes ever) and all our guests really enjoyed the variety of the menu. Another thing that we loved…he provided everything, from decorations for the buffet tables to the forks for the cake! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Stephen and his crew!!

All I can say is WOW!! We had Simply Seafood cater our daughters wedding and the food was fantastic. We are from Louisiana and we love our food, these guys impressed us so much. All the guest were complimenting how good the food was. Their setup and display of the food was beautiful. They used their own decor, we did not have to do anything. Their staff was very nice. I advise anyone looking for a awesome caterer for their event to go with these guys, they truly do an awesome job.

Our guests are still raving about the food! Stephen was a pleasure to work with….he dropped off and set up our food tables so everything stayed cold or hot! The Asian meatballs were a huge hit along with the Orzo pasta salad! Of course the Crabcakes were delicious as were the chicken tenders, mini sandwiches and ice cold shrimp w/cocktail sauce! Ohhhh and the Spinach Artichoke dip was to die for!!!! I highly recommend Simply Seafood Catering we couldn’t have had a better experience!!!!! Thanks Stephen

I did not have high expectations when originally reaching out to Stephen and Simply Seafood & Catering. I love food and my past experiences with catered food is that is is mediocre at best. Stephen proved me wrong, very wrong. His food is amazing! He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He was professional and extremely helpful in tailoring a menu for us. Our home was packed full of people for our party. With smiles on their faces, Stephen and Nikki worked around everyone and provided a beautiful table with delicious food. The Three Cheese Squash Casserole was so flavorful as well as the Twice Baked Mashed Potato Casserole. The Grilled Crab Cakes with Remoulade Sauce were fantastic. Saving the best for last...the Bananas Foster Bread Pudding was mouthwatering! We highly recommend Simply Seafood & Catering.

Simply Seafood is simply THE BEST caterer around. Stephen and his amazing team created the most delicious and wonderfully memorable food for our daughter's wedding. We are still hearing rave reviews from our guests and all are saying it was the best food they have ever enjoyed at a wedding. On and on about the crab cakes, the shrimp and grits, and the brisket.... Stephen is a total pro and definitely was the calm in the storm when in rained before the ceremony. He was so patient and willing to flex as we had to adjust timing. I cannot say enough about this company and how I would trust him to do any future event for our family and friends. Turn key operation, you let him know what selections you want and he will be there with the best quality and portions. So happy we called and trusted Simply Seafood to cater our special day, they made it extra special.

If you are looking for perfection, then look no further! Stephen is so friendly and professional and he goes above and beyond to meet your expectations. He comes dressed professionally and has a great staff as well and the presentation is gorgeous! Everything we had couldn’t have tasted better so we were beyond pleased. My guests complemented the food a lot and several people told me they went back for second and third helpings! I worried with my Venue not having a kitchen if the food would be fresh and hot because he traveled from an hour away. Stephen was so patient with me and continued to assure me that he does it all the time without a kitchen. The food was so fresh and it stayed hot the entire time so I was beyond pleased! If you choose any other caterer around then you are really missing out because Stephen is by far the best! I was totally impressed from start to finish! Stephen....you are beyond amazing and I can’t thank you enough for all your hard work in making everything so perfect!
